Age Group: 12–25 years Victoria Memorial Hall in collaboration with Kolkata Centre for Creativity, as part of AMI Arts Festival 2026, presents the fifth edition of UTSAV, its annual platform for young performing artists aged 12–25. Held at Victoria Memorial Hall, the three-day festival brings together emerging performers in dance, music and elocution for a showcase of young artistic voices.

Artists between the ages of 12 and 25 are invited to apply to participate in UTSAV 2026, presented as part of AMI Arts Festival 2026.
Categories include:
Dance: Classical, contemporary and folk, solo or group
Music: Vocal and instrumental, solo or group
Elocution: Solo or group
Application Deadline: 30 September 2026
Event Dates: 3–5 December 2026
Venue: South Lawn, Victoria Memorial, Kolkata

UTSAV was conceived by Kolkata Centre for Creativity as a dedicated platform for young performers to share their work, encounter different artistic practices and experience the process of performing in a professional cultural setting. The festival places young artists at the centre, offering them a space to present their voices, ideas and practices to a live audience.
The 2026 edition, presented as part of AMI Arts Festival, continues this commitment through a three-day programme at Victoria Memorial, bringing together young performers across dance, music and elocution.
The exhibition and its collateral events are free and open to all; standard Victoria Memorial Hall entry fees apply.
