The course delves into not only the theoretical foundations of museology but also focuses extensively on practical aspects, ensuring participants are well-versed in documenting cultural objects, curating exhibitions, and conserving cultural properties.

1. Cultural and Natural Heritage Identification: Proper identification of both cultural and natural heritage objects.

2. Acquisition Methods: Understanding proper collection methods for cultural centers.

3. Documentation: Proficient documentation of tangible, Intangible, and Natural Heritage objects.

4. Conservation Techniques: Application of preventive and curative conservation methods for heritage object protection.

5. Exhibition Planning: Preparation of exhibition plans using cutting-edge technology and innovative tools.

6. Museum Management: Making museums more appropriate and effective through comprehensive training.

7. Cultural Tourism: Transforming museums and cultural centers into destinations for cultural tourism.

8. Community Involvement: Utilizing museums and cultural organizations as resource centers for local communities.

Certificate Issuance: The certificate will be jointly issued by Kolkata Centre for Creativity and Centre for Studies in Museology, University of Jammu on successful completion.
