Time: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Venue: 4th Floor, Kolkata Centre for Creativity
Kolkata Centre for Creativity, in collaboration with FICCI FLO, presents FICCI FLO x Karigari: Threads of India, a three-day celebration of India's rich textile and handicraft traditions.
Bringing together master artisans, handloom weavers, craft-based enterprises, and designers working closely with artisan communities from across the country, the exhibition offers visitors an opportunity to discover authentic handcrafted textiles, home décor, lifestyle products, and traditional crafts under one roof.
Conceived as a direct artisan-to-consumer platform, the exhibition highlights the importance of preserving India's living craft traditions while encouraging fair trade, sustainable livelihoods, and conscious consumption. Alongside the exhibition, FICCI FLO will host a series of talks, interactive sessions, and cultural engagements, creating a vibrant space for conversations around craftsmanship, entrepreneurship, and heritage.
Inspired by the spirit of Karigari, the exhibition celebrates the skill, creativity, and enduring legacy of India's artisans, inviting visitors to experience the stories woven into every handmade creation.
