Bodies Are Never Stationary

Date: 25 to 27 April
Time: 11am to 1pm
Venue: KCC Amphitheatre

Movement. It seems like the simplest thing in the world. But it is complicated how our body moves and responds. It is quick and at times slow, it is straight and at times crooked.  Time, effort, and flow are all movements. What is Static - is dead. Come explore your body with us in this workshop.
What Will You Cover?
The session starts with a basic warm-up and stretches and continues into combinations and phrases of movements. Using the space with a playful mind-body sync, the participants would be able to ask questions to themselves about the feeling that the movements bring into them. By the end of the workshop, you can expect to have learned the basics of anatomy and somatics.
