Course on Arts Management
With a combined experience of over 40 years as arts managers, Pooja Sood and Ruchira Das, from ARThink South Asia will deliver this course designed as an introduction to Arts Management for arts and culture professionals.This 3-day course on ‘Fundamentals of Art Management’ will touch upon the elements of the key aspects of Arts Management; Strategic Planning, Marketing, Fundraising & HR. The teaching format will include presentations, engaging discussions, practical exercises to be done individually and in groups. Useful reading lists will be shared with the participants.
