Kolkata Centre for Creativity presents Besharam Aadmi, a theatrical performance written and directed by Vijay Ashok Sharma, featuring Amol Parashar.

The performance examines the idea of being “progressive” through a simple yet revealing situation. A young man is confronted with his own discomfort in a domestic setting, prompting a moment of reflection that unfolds into a larger inquiry into gender roles, conditioning, and relationships.

The narrative moves with humour and restraint. It remains grounded in everyday experience while opening up questions about behaviour, perception, and social expectations.
