At this year’s AMI Arts Festival, explore the cultural heritage of West Bengal through the traditional art of shola pith crafting. This is a workshop by KCC in collaboration with Lakshmipat Singhania School introduces participants to the art shola as an expression of culture, emotion, and exquisite craftsmanship, with a hands-on focus on creating decorative birds. Shola pith, a sustainable material, has long been a symbol of artistic pride, used in social, religious, and economic contexts in Bengal. 
This workshop will be followed by a guided walkthrough of the ongoing photography and art exhibitions at KCC.
