ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Ayush Vaidya is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur, owning Swastik Industrial Products, a company specializing in hardware solutions for construction, with expertise in fire, welding, and safety. A dedicated Toastmaster since 2015, he currently serves as the District Public Relations Manager of District 124. Ayush has earned the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) title, ranked No. 1 Division Director globally, and sponsored over 130+ members. He has played a key role in the formation of numerous clubs in the district and has been honored with the District Director’s Special Recognition Award. A visionary in leadership and communication, Ayush continues to inspire and empower others.
Debapriya Mukherjee is the podium finisher in the international speech contest at division level. She became the president of Kolkata Toastmasters Club – the biggest club in eastern India. She became a trainer for the orientation programme for new members conducted by Division H and now has an opportunity to be a club coach. Apart from this she is a thespian, dog whisperer, dancer, and painter.
Ayan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, a course in Educational Technology from San Diego State University, and was the topper of Cornell’s CXO Leadership Program. With nearly 20 years of experience in top IT organizations like IBM, he has received prestigious awards including 3 Brandon Hall Awards, 1 Stevie Award, and 21 IBM Service Excellence Awards. In 2022, Ayan was named "Knowledge Sharing Guru" at IBM.
He currently serves as a GIC Learning Consultant overseeing strategic planning across multiple regions. A thought leader and AI enthusiast with 30K LinkedIn followers, Ayan was recognized as a ‘Kolkata Hero’ in 2019 and has earned several volunteer awards, including the IBM Volunteers Platinum Award in 2023 for his dedication to community service.
Jayati Dutta is the owner and operator of a nursing home, where she excels in providing compassionate care to residents. She is also deeply committed to social causes, actively supporting the rescue and rehabilitation of abuse victims through partnerships with NGOs, as well as contributing to old age homes and orphanages. As a Toastmasters member since 2021, Jayati has honed her communication and leadership skills, achieving notable accomplishments such as securing 2nd place in the District 124 International Speech Contest and winning the Division-level Humorous Speech Contest. Her ongoing dedication to personal and professional growth allows her to make a meaningful impact in both healthcare and the community.
Jennifer, with over 38 years of global and multicultural experience, she is a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources professional specializing in HR leadership, training, compliance, and corporate social responsibility. Known for driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance in high-pressure environments, Jennifer has a proven track record of exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
A strong communicator and mentor, Jennifer excels in problem-solving and managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
