In this immersive three-day workshop, participants will explore the soulful world of traditional Rajasthani songs sung in the royal Rajwada style — a heritage preserved and passed on by generations of women. These songs, typically performed during household ceremonies and celebrations, will be taught by Dr. Pratiba Naitthani, an accomplished folk singer and cultural ambassador. 

Designed for music lovers and heritage enthusiasts, the workshop aims to revive and preserve these intimate and powerful compositions that are fast vanishing from public memory.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR: 

Dr. Pratiba Naitthani is the Associate Director of Gangaur Ghoomar Dance Academy and a leading voice in Rajasthani folk music. Trained under Padma Shri Late H.H. Rajmata Goverdhan Kumari ji, she has performed across 20 countries and recorded multiple albums, including Royal Rajasthan and Rajwadi Geet.
