KCC focuses on sustainability and building capacity of students, performers, artists and whoever is connected and interested in art practice for better progression of work. For the better work, that KCC aims to provide, we work as a team in collaboration. The team of KCC includes staffs, interns, volunteers who work together. Integrity, Consistency, Dependability and Commitment to Learning- are the four values KCC practices as a team. There is a group of people ready to take responsibility and ownership of the allotted task, which help for building a diversely capable group. KCC does capacity building workshop with the team to build the work strength. The strength reflects on the quality of the work that KCC does and in the thrive of the organisation to do better in every next step.

Reena Dewan can most rightly be identified as a committed art administrator and leader who elevated her work to a level of artistry effortlessly for multidisciplinary and applied art. She has been spearheading many projects in KCC to promote research and development of different disciplines of art that leads to a volumetric and qualitative impact not only in the art field but to the society and young artists & performers.
Reena champions and facilitates Inclusion, Diversity and Gender Equality in Museums and Art Spaces. She is instrumental in launching the first 'Accessibility Program' in Eastern India, that forms a bridge between people with special abilities and Arts. She co-convened the first International conference in India on 'Gender Mainstreaming and Cultural Rights'. She is pioneering social changes creating an inclusive culture in KCC that addresses different abilities & choices, gender & sexual diversity and marginalization of communities through appreciation and applications of art.
Recipient of prestigious fellowships, Australia Council's International Leadership Program, Art Think South Asia, International Society for Performing Arts and of 'Emerging Scholar' award from Ground Research Networks. She is a 'The Getty Foundation' Grantee and has presented papers on travel grants in Museum conferences on various international platforms, that gives her vision an immediate global perspective.
Reena is married to celebrity chef Sharad Dewan and they have a daughter Karmishtha.
