About the Festival:
The Footprint Film Festival, presented by The Peninsula Studios, presents outstanding films crafted by talented children and young adults, both from India and around the world. This marks the festival's debut in Kolkata, showcased at the esteemed AMI Arts Festival.
Expanding its horizons to cities like Chennai and Kolkata from 2023 onwards, this traveling festival is a boon for budding filmmakers. It not only provides a stage to exhibit their works but also fosters connections, exposing them to diverse film landscapes.

Highlighted Film:
"Aguan - Sun behind the Horizon" - A poignant documentary by Novera Hossain Nikon from Bangladesh, delving into the life of a woman rickshaw-puller in Dhaka and her resilience amid numerous adversities. (Duration: 8 minutes 49 seconds)
