KCC Adda presents an intimate evening of music and conversation with acclaimed Bengali singer Srikanto Acharya and Tapan Sinha, exploring the songs, stories, and memories that have shaped Bengali Adhunik gaan.

Through live performances, conversations, and shared recollections, the evening will revisit the musical landscape of the 1990s and 2000s and the enduring appeal of its melodies. Brishti Tomake Dilam offers audiences an opportunity to listen to familiar songs in a new context while discovering the stories and cultural moments connected to them.

Known for his soulful voice and expressive interpretations, Srikanto Acharya has been a prominent presence in Bengali music since the beginning of his professional career in 1996. His repertoire spans Rabindra Sangeet, Bengali Adhunik gaan, and film music, with popular albums including Moner Janala, Hey Bondhu Hey Priyo, Ek Jhank Pakhi, Brishti Tomake Dilam, Nodir Chhobi Aanki, Ghuri, Jibon Chhobi, and Musafiriana.

Joining him, Tapan Sinha brings his own perspective and musical experience to this special KCC Adda, creating a space where songs, stories, and memories come together. Together, they will revisit a defining period in Bengali popular music and reflect on the songs that continue to resonate with listeners across generations.

Srikanto Acharya is one of the most acclaimed contemporary Bengali singers, celebrated for his soulful voice and interpretations of Rabindra Sangeet, Bengali modern songs, and film music. He received formal training in Rabindra Sangeet from Dakshinee and also trained in tabla under Ustad Ali Ahmed Khan.

Tapan Sinha joins Srikanto Acharya for this special edition of KCC Adda, contributing to an evening centred on Bengali music, memories, and musical conversations.
